A thought for the heart.

hi all,

Nice to see you all again through the posts. Though I wanted to write some impressing article, I did not have enough time or resources in this post. For the moment, I'll post this quick note of thought for you which is in my mind for last two days.

As you all know there is big argument between theism & atheism for ages. I'm not going to talk of that now here though I have plans in future posts. but a thought for you all regarding to that.

It does not matter whether you are an atheist or a theist when you are a president, What matters is feeding the poor and you will be the god to them.

I hope you got what meant above. It is not said only for president's or any great Leaders, but it conveys a message to all. Every one of you will surely be a Leader (may be in your community, may be among your friends, may be in your team, may be in your home) who set example in any way. Your private things are not bothered at all (though there are a lot who will bother don't worry of them), just do best in your duty or help others (at least in a small way). believe me, every one of you are still far more better state than millions of others who suffer around the world.

you don't need to be President or any other big person to do that, but what needed is just to stand up and make a difference. Believe in you, yes you can make a difference.

Take Charge of Your Life - II

Up to now, we have seen the secrets of the success.

Now we will look at a burglar who is planning for bank Robbery. Could he be successful in his wish? The answer is yes if he has the above three qualities. He will have the knowledge about how to do. He even might have the skills and surely the burning desire. So what is the different for burglar and us? Now what we have defined is success. It could be in anything.

That’s why people are not in good state when comparing with old times, though technology, knowledge, skills and desire has been better state than ever before, since Stealing, burglary, rape, kidnaps and killing have been increased too.

It is all in vision. What we dream should be correct one then only we would be able to achieve ‘Genuine Success’.

To lead ourselves in right path of ‘Genuine Success’, how can the competence be used. There comes the character. We should have good and firm character to earn genuine success. Actually even the personality is the exposure of your character. Character and Personality are as the upper and lower parts of Ice-berg formed in the middle of sea. From outside only smaller upper part (personality) can be seen, but the greater part of ice is under the sea.

To have a smaller part up there, lower part should be firm and bigger, same with the character and personality.

Who should take responsible to your success or achievements? It is not your family, not friends, not neighbours, but….. You. Others might have contributed, but still you should take the responsibility. We have seen lots of people complaining that their family is not supporting well or the country is not good or politicians are not responsible when they are not successful. It is not the reality. These are excuses of people who do not want try again or those who have given up. You should take charge of your life. For instance, let’s say you have a very important work to be finished and it is raining hard. Will you just sit down at home? No, you will take an umbrella and go. It is something like that. You can do nothing with Politicians or Country situations which even may not be changed, but still you should take charge of life and ride your way to ultimate task.

Finally it is important to remember what we had discussed. Have a Vision, improve your competence with good character and take charge of your life. Genuine Success is not far away from you.

Take Charge of Your Life - 1

Life without the vision is just like the journey without destination or purpose. Everyone wants to achieve success in whatever they do. Have you ever wondered what it all takes to make something success (or achievable).

Vision is important to achieve success. Then a question arises ‘Is that enough’ to achieve success? if it is enough then those who (have) had the vision should have achieved success. But that never the case. So, we know that there is something more behind achieving success. Then what that could be? That is what so called ‘Competence’. Actually what is competence? How we could define it for right understanding. To say technique wise, it consists of three terms. First is Knowledge that you gain in studies, in listening, in what you see and in all sorts of ways. Then how much the Knowledge that you have contributes to your success. Could you think a bit with your experiences and knowledge you have. 50%, 60%, 80% or 100%, to say the truth, it is just 10%. It can not be believed isn’t it? Even if you believe or not that is what the truth is.

If is it so, then you might wonder what makes the other 90%. You could have guessed correctly too. Yes it is skills that are needed to achieve success. Then how much it is going to contribute? It is only 25%. You could be annoyed hearing that even having the skills and knowledge would not acquire success, but that’s what the truth is. Actually final term which is included in Competence is going to decide 65% on way to success. It is none other than ‘Desire’ to deserve your vision. It is not just desire but burning desire. You would be surprised to read this, so as I. But yeah it’s true. It is simply shown through the following analogy.

Even the Knowledge & skills won't make 40% for your success.

Let’s say a student wants to win Gold medal in Swimming at Olympics (just like he is inspired by Michael Phelps), so he looked at the advertisements and goes to an institution where they taught excellently swimming. Let’s say he goes for each and every lecture and refers to books and web and can be able to passes the examination (theory) with Super Merit. After passing examination if he goes and jumps straight in to pool for swimming, he will just drown and die. It is what happens to your vision if you only have knowledge.

Let’s say he knows how to swim (skills & techniques) and tries to go for Olympics. He could not even be able to be selected in local team. That is why there are lots of people around who know swimming even they too want to participate in Olympics. Having only Skills leads to such a situation, because you must desire, so you practice (hard work driven by strong desire) and learn techniques (and knowledge) to achieve it. Let’s say he has only burning desire. So he goes straight and jumps into pool. Again he will just die. After all it is not only knowledge, not only skills, not only desire, all three are needed to achieve success.

Inactive Blog for a while

Dear Viewers,

First of really sorry for not updating this blog for a while. As you all know, the same excuse as other bloggers say 'busy with personal work'. I am involved in Film show organized for the purpose of raising funds for charity projects of a Leo Club which I'm involved in. So quite busy and tensed and spending my whole day and night for it. As I'm the project chairperson (hope I can say so ;) ) and full responsible for this fund raiser show and its first experience for the club in such film show - fund raising, We just don't want it to fail in anyway (not just money). my other Leos are too working hard to make it happen (after all it is team work not a single man's battle).

I have few more ideas for the upcoming posts, few inspiring speeches which I heard and few more articles which is really worth reading. So please bear with me just four or five more days, I'll post a nice inspiring post for sure.

By the way please give your valuable ideas even they are criticizing or condemning. :)

What’s Make the Difference (Continued…)

This supposed to be the third post of this blog, but as new year came I posted New Year's resolution. Now I'll continue with 2nd post's continuation of What's make the Difference.

Really what’s made the difference? Some more effort. Actually the difference between ordinary and extra ordinary is only a little “EXTRA”. After you were determined you must try until you reach it without giving up in the half way.

Growing old involves no sacrifice or no special effort. While you grew older, your friend grew older even your enemy grew older. It’s just a mandatory natural process, Growing Up is optional, and that is what distinguishes one person from the other.

The true strength of man’s (even the woman’s) character comes to the front when he continues to hold his ground and use each stone hurled at him to build the walls of his own fortress

That is what Great personalities did. The habit of never giving up and making positive output of every hurdle they had made them great. Mahatma Gandhi built his own fortress, using problems he had, not to fight but to make the white empire to be ashamed. He never gave up his policy of “Ahimsa” or his determination even when he went through troubles ever one can think of. But that’s what revealed his massive power of Ahimsa and the power of his ‘ATHMA’ (spiritual power or power is his character).

When one is confronted by a wall, beating one’s head against it won’t help. But need to look for opening. It is again important to know whether we are in right path because all your hard work would be useless unless you work in the right direction. Effort in the wrong direction will make your target more and more far than ever before. So, first determine where to go, then choose the right path and work, work, work with never giving up.

You are the One.

Start of 2009 surprises every one with new hopes. New plans, New efforts, fresh starts and everything with momentum and fresh energy.

However, 2009 starts with fearful attacks, still extending war between nations, global warming, other dangerous issues and especially on top, the financial crisis. So what are your plans for 2009?... Yes yes I’m asking you friend.

Mm.. oh.. all right, you have some plans. But have you not thought these big problems stand in front us. You may wonder why should I?.. Are you?... hey friend, think why not? You may be wondering who am I to solve all these world problems? I’m simply no one, do not have any special powers.

Yes you are “The One” chosen by world to solve these problems just like “Neo” in Matrix. Believe in that. You can do it. This should be yours 2009's RESOLUTION (promise you make).

Yes you are no one. No one will know you, but still you are gonna solve the problems of the world because you are the chosen One. If Hussain Bolt can make it in 9 seconds, If Barack Obama can make a change in powerful nation of the world, If Michael Phelps can win 8 gold medals at Olympic, if some one in the corner of the world can, why not you.

What you need is determination. Commitment and not giving up attitude will lead you save the world. You may be starting with small thing, a small change like just by reducing using the internet by that electricity or may be reducing (reusing) the polythene and progressing your efforts by asking your family and friends to make the change and soon inspiring all your mates and co workers to change for good.

Yes always think why not and now you are in a mission, A mission make you worth of living in the world. You are the chosen one to save world, the poor, the human, the nature and everything around you. Believe in that and start progressing. Hope to see a better world at the end of 2009 whether you and me are alive or not.

By the way, I did not forget about the new year. I wish you all peaceful New Year and may your hard efforts come true success. and I'll pray for you for your mission in this 2009. :)
